This policy explains what MarketGuide Trading Academy ("MGTA", "we") collects through the application form on this website, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the application form:

• Your name, city, mobile number and email address
• Your trading experience, trading capital range and, if you choose to share it, your range of losses
• The topics you want to focus on, and any message you write

We do not ask for bank details, trading account details, PAN or Aadhaar, and we never take payments through this website.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you about our mentorship programme and to understand whether it is a good fit for you before we speak.

Where it is stored

Your application is saved in a private Google Sheet that only the MGTA team can access. This website is hosted by Netlify. Both are trusted service providers that store data on our behalf.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent or share your details with any other company, broker or marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as they are needed to discuss the mentorship with you, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you gave us, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, tell our team when we contact you, or send us a message on Instagram at @marketguidetradingacademy.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
